African American Heritage Month

I believe an important issue facing California is negating Asian-Pacific Islander American Heritage Month, celebrated during the month in May. Why is that everyone remembers African-American Heritage Month and Hispanic Heritage Month? Is it because we resemble the most to white person? Well, not to be rude, but we went/go through the same struggles as you. This is important because we don’t want people to simply forget about us and for those of Asian/Pacific Islander descent to forget about their heritage. This would be addressed by promoting fairs in communities and schools.
