The culture I chose to differentiate is African American with Native American. Each group has had their unique languages, familial relationships, social relations, music and dance traditions; they have hatred many shared experiences over the past 400 years. African American culture intertwines with various other cultures like American and Indian. What is often referred to as the Native American population is comprised of over 500 unique tribes African American people in America are about 12% of the population or roughly 40 million people (Jacob 2015). African Americans brought with them musical instruments, intricate rhythms, and unique song styles that sometimes influence pop music. Native American dance and music remain popular within the
