Hi, I’m Isla and today I would like to address the issues that AFL players are put under tremendous amounts of pressure. I will be discussing how the media affects the players, how the limelight affects them and how this affects their well being.
Back in the day AFL players never had to worry about the media or social media, now this is something that is interfering with the player’s careers. Recently Port Adelaide player Sam Powell Pepper found himself in a bit of strife, Channel 7 news were quick to the story and accused Powell Pepper of sexual assault.
