If we look back for a century and according to the history, we no longer have to have a diploma from a major university in the United States of America, Afghanistan or any nation around the world to run a country. Vice President and later President Amin, was a Columbia graduated who sold his motherland to the Russians, and killed thousands and thousands of his own Afghan people in Afghanistan. And even the ones before and after him, who are responsible for the lives of millions of innocent Afghan citizens, including women and children were all graduated from major universities in Kabul and outside of Kabul.
