They want to give every service to their customers that’s why they do everything for the cover of health risk of their customers because this is main work of their organisation. They are number one in the market because they provide every solution to their customers.

This is a big reason of their large number of customers. Strengths of business can make business strong that’s why every business should have strengths. Strength can cover the risks of business. Strength can work like security of the business.

• OPPORTUNITIES: They are giving opportunity to new staff for better understanding their new customers. They have many new customers and they also have external benchmark system through this system they can get information regarding their employees. Opportunities should be in every organisation because if they will no have opportunities then can not do growth of their business and if they can not do growth then they can not earn profit.
• WEAKNESS: They have some weakness regarding service of employees but now they are trying to cover this weakness as they are trying to bring benchmark system.
