Ever since I was a small child, I loved learning about space and the things that happen in it. I started memorizing constellation by the time I was five, and I received my first telescope when I was eight. When I was a senior in high school, I took astronomy to see if I was really interested in going into a field that had to deal with space. I loved this class, it was one of my favorite classes during my senior year. However, it showed me I did not want to be an astronomer. I learned that astronomers have to wait for at least ten years to get a single result, this was not for me. I could not see myself waiting so long to get one result. So, I searched for another career that deals with space but has little wait time to see results. After a lot of research, I found aerospace engineering. I also knew that I wanted to double major and at first, my second major was going to be physics. However, a family friend, who happens to work in the field I want to go into, advised me that it would be difficult to get a job with the match-up of those two degrees. He advised me to look into computer sciences. After doing some research, I decided that it would be the smart choice for my career goals. It also helps that after taking a class, I realized that I love computer
