There is always wisdom in creating any thing, and people all agree. Male and female or human in general are the basic foundation for this plant. They should deal with each other and communicate with each other in perfect ways. In the past and in many country and culture, there were large racial between two gender. Men were dominant on almost everything. They did not let women do anything accept the household chores. However, female could improve herself in many situations. They create many perfect things through cooperation with men. Not only in science and work, they were tried in many difficult situation and they said, “We are here”. Janice says that both men and women are from the earth not like as it was told in the previous. Janice discuses, women and women have different preference in speech. For example women always like to talk about feeling unlike man who tend to talk about only fact, and this is the different. Because of that men and women should speck clearly to each other and avoid indirect messages. They should say that they really mean instead of using indirect messages.
