Advertising Awareness of Gender Inequality Women inequality has dated back for many decades. Many women have tried to stand up, only to be pushed back down. Womens inequality in society is has not been addressed for years due to its sensitivity. Luckily women in our society are getting encouraged to spread awareness of the unequal of rights between a women and man. A term called feminist has risen which essential believes men and women are equal. Feminism is not an insult, hatred of men, or even a term to make women seem higher then any other gender. Sadly due to masculine negativity or ridiculous media headlines feminism is considered to be a “radical way” women fight for equal right. This ideology has been deeply rooted into society that women and men fighting for equality have been ridiculed. Society main influential sources are now religion, culture, and social media. Religion is the most influential ways on determining women’s role in society. Since the beginning religion has been a way to separate men and women. Religions such as Christianity, Islam, Hinduism, Buddhism and many others are no exception. Religion is passed down from generation to generation so ideas from the past are still taught to be acceptable but that is certainly untrue.
