Advertisement Analysis: Equal Housing Lending Logo

According to HUD § 109.30 Appendix I if other logotypes are used in the advertisement, then the Equal Housing Opportunity logo should be of a size at least equal to the largest of the other logotypes. The Licensee’s websites, www.lhfs.com contains the Equal Housing Lending Logo, however, it is small and difficult to see. It is the recommendation of the Department of Financial Institutions to enlarge the Equal Housing Lending Logo in order to make it more visible and of equal size to other logotypes on the page.
