Advantages Of Working With Students Personal And Professionals

Based on my experiences of working with students personal and professional, I have become familiar with the use of educational resources to help benefit a child’s strength along with the disadvantage of disabling a student’s confident.
The advantages:
Additional Support- A majority of students are unable to learn the basic information provided by their teacher while in a classroom setting, therefore Online Education Resources (OERs) are provided to help them extended their mind in a friendly manner with learning tools and/or games.
Flexibility- The student is able to use the online material to help them when they are struggling with their current school learning material. As they are developing new material within their classroom, they are
