According to scientific studies the gifted always are willing to examine the most unusual things and are extremely inquisitive. The gifted are always willing to learn and always have the motivation to find out something new. And most important of all gifted individuals always solve highly difficult tasks, problems, and conflicts. We can assume that being gifted is a great aspect to have in our life. Like for example inventors such as Thomas Edison invented an abstraction that helped many individuals in this world to have light without the use of a candle or the moon. Thomas Edison invented the lightbulb which was more efficient, durable, and advanced. It’s significant to note that the gifted always view, relate, and experience the world in unique ways. Again like for example in the story “Harrison Bergeron” it said that Harrison who was supposedly a dangerous person but in reality wasn’t stated that “Nobody had ever born heavier handicaps. He had outgrown hindrances faster than the H-G men could think them up.”(Vonnegut 112-114). This means that even though Harrison was a gifted person he overcame difficult obstacles and that it why competition is not rough. Even if people think that no one would stand out since everyone would be gifted we have to remember that the term gifted means an individual who has a talent, specialty, or an ability. Someone gifted can be someone who is good at science, math, running, drawing, acting, reading, thinking, arts, technology, coding, and etc. We have to remember that in this world there is a great variety of things that many people can be gifted at.
