Advantages Of Social Class

Society and the way one is accepted in society are definitely directly linked to ones’ social class. The higher on the social hierarchy one is; the more opportunities that are present. Ones’ education, family life, lifestyle and health will be better. The higher ones’ social class; the more important you are seen by society. The higher classes have more wealth which affords them nicer housing, cars, clothing, and accessibility to healthcare. More wealth allows secondary education for their children and these same children have a better chance of securing a place in an Ivy League school. The advantages continue to enrich each generation. Lower society members have fewer monies and do not have the same opportunities and have difficulty climbing the social ladder. The education process for the lower class ends with securing debt through student loans. Their access to health care is also curtailed due to the costs of Doctors and medications. The better educated one is plays a huge part in their careers and ultimately their lifestyle. Enrollment rates would go and up as would the amount of properly educated people. If it’s free; it’s safe to say more people would be willing to take college credits free of charge. College is expensive and time consuming. I myself have put college off due to the financial strain it would put on me and family. Opposition to the free education and Obamacare boils down to the taxes. In order for every to be eligible for them; someone must foot the bill for them. New taxes are collected and existing taxes go up. The Obamacare made insurance premiums rise and made substantial cuts to Medicaid.
