New Smart Gun Technology To Meet Safety

A number of people die over stray bullets every day. All this is because the guns are handled by the unauthorized individuals. In addition to stray bullets, most people are killed by terrorists who acquire guns illegally. Gun technology that selects the individual to fire the gun was introduced in 1990s but unfortunately it was not adopted. Finger print technology Most systems ranging from the bank accounts to voting system use the fingerprint technology for security purposes. Currently most offices use fingerprints to open the doors to hence, ensuring no unauthorized person enters without being seen by any of the staff members. It is this technology that has advanced to a level of being used to control firearms. Biomac Austrian Company is currently in the process of introducing the use of fingerprint to unlock your gun. A sensor is installed on the handle of the gun that will be able to recognize the real owner of the gun using the finger prints. If the sensor identifies that the gun is not with the owner there will be no possible trigger. One advantage of this technology is that the gun can be designed to accept installation of more than one finger prints allowing sharing.
