First, the Romans had started gladiators, which were trained warriors that would fight to the death in contests. They would fight in front of a huge crowd of people for their entertainment. Second, Romans had also started farming, and usually, the slaves would be on the farms collecting wheat. The Romans had also found out how to find the thicker grains, they would throw it in the air and the heavy grains would fall back down. Finally, the Romans had also started shopping, the Romans would go down the streets and the shops would be a one-room area with a bunch of goods. First, the Romans had started the laws and they had decided that the laws would be called the 12 tables. Second, the Romans had started a court system that would choose if someone was guilty or not. In court if you had lied about something, then you would be punished even more harsh than if you hadn’t lied. Third, the Romans had started the laws because they wanted everyone to all to have to follow the same rules, so then everyone would be punished the same ways. Finally, Emperor Justinian 1 had started the 12 tables and he had named the laws the Justinian Code because he had started the laws and they named it after him. This is why I would give the Romans Promote Rule of Law a B+.
