Summary of VARK Analysis
VARK is an instrument that helps to administer the effectiveness and quality of learning environment. According to Fleming, “Every type of learner has unique academic strengths and weaknesses,” (Fleming, 2011).VARK stands Visual, Auditory, Read/Write and Kinesthetic. This is a type of learning style framework in which a learner who favors visual information will grasp easily through presented information through overheads, graphs, and pictures. The one that favors auditory will prefer listening to lectures, reading out loud and discussing the information presented. Without the strategy to carry out the learning style, it will be rendered void because it poses as a failure in the sense that the learner will fail to execute the learning style properly. Wrong strategies adapted will also lead to failure. My learning strategies are:
Written and spoken explanations of concepts
Study in group to enhance discussion to best learn information. As this promotes the way to convey and receive information.
Keeping the environment free from noise and distractions.
Reading short paragraphs and then rewriting in a book using own words. Using flash cards to write cannot be a good idea sometimes because they can be misplaced and the author can end up losing all the information.
Using dictionary for definitions also help very much.

But reading big text books for a longtime won`t be so interesting and very difficult to absorb any information especially online text books. That is why the author preferred reading short paragraphs and then paraphrase them. Also turning diagrams and graphs will probably takes time for the author to assimilate the information quickly even though they is a degree in which a person need visual aids but turning them into statements takes time .The positive part is that it enhances the person`s critical thinking abilities and proper organization of ideas. Reading and writing notes every day is also good idea for it will help in understand the material especially difficulty wording and unclear illustrations need rereading several times just to
