People try different types of diets just to loose weight, but there is a new trend that centers on simply fruits and vegetables. This is not just for people who wishes to lose weight, but also for people who can't just seem to stand eating fruits and vegetables, it's getting fit and healthy at the same time, and it is called the power of juicing.

WHAT IS JUICING?

So basically, this is the process where you extract the juice from any fruits and vegetables. There are a lot of machines used for juicing that can be purchased at any stores, like hand juicers, masticating juicers, hydraulic press juicers or centrifugal juices, and twin juicers.
