In a global scale, the importance and awareness of diverse workforce has been increasing rapidly and this can be assumed as complex issue for organizations to be managed. Managing diversity employee becomes one of the major challenges for modern corporate leaders, human resource managers and management consultants as a result of booming diverse in a global context. Diverse workforce means merging and surrounding of workers with different demographics, racial and ethnics, physical and mentally disabled, education, background, sexual orientation, and more within an organization. It leads to creating advanced competitive inside the firms and enhancing productivity to their companies. Diverse workforce in an organizations can bring greater success in marketing to foreign and domestic minority communities as they know the ways to market and sell the products and services to different consumers because they are part of them (e.g. Africans know their preference colors, tastes and odors for different products).
