Nurses have to make sure that they are strong enough to handle being a nurse. Being a new nurse in the NICU, says a blogger from @mightynurse, “ Working in the NICU, sometimes you forget how bad your day is going, and it makes me feel like I’m not alone feeling scared especially when taking care of tiny lives you see the innocent babies”. Throughout the accounts I’ve read through on twitter, the nursing school journey is serious and depending on how quickly a student wants to gain experience in the hospital, they can obtain an Associates Degree and then further their education on to getting a bachelor’s degree. Another twitter account user named Nell is currently in school trying to obtain her associates degree and she is working as a nurse in a hospital .While doing so Nell is still in school working on her bachelor’s degree and she has a little girl. My point is that it doesn’t matter how a student obtains their degree. Brittany is a working Nurse and so is Nell. there focus is pretty strong in the nursing field from what I read and their dedication to push through their obstacles are what got them to their achievement of nursing.
