Nowadays, world have evolved to a state where as young as one years old to as old as sixty years have been exposed to video games. Start from a big box to hand-held video games console. Video games has always been associated with teenagers as them been criticized by the society as mind paralyses and destructive garbage. Therefore, it gives bad impression to people who play video games among the society.
However, video game gives more benefits than negative effects. Researchers have gone through years of study to find the benefits of playing video games. We only see a person playing video games as wasting their time when video games enhance our cognitive flexibility — the mental faculty of creative and lateral thinking, in a way we hardly able to notice.
