As a professional body one should form some guidance policies for employers in regards for the whistleblowing. Professional bodies should be able to direct individuals who wants to be a whistleblower or are thinking of being one to the regulators who can help them out. Professional body should be setting some guidelines for the ethical behaviours for the employer as well as employees in order to encourage whistleblowers in case of any breeches of laws. As a professional body they should inspire organisation and companies associated with it to have better policies for employees to raise concerns. Personal body should release more articles like (Sampson, 2013) on their website and should send emails to their members regularly printing the whistleblowing articles and also stories of the whistleblowers from other engineering companies, this will help individuals thinking about whistleblowing and might inspire or even help them to decide whether or not whistleblowing is something they should do or not.
