Introduction

A social network is a social structure made up of individuals that are tied together by friendship, kinship, common interest, sexual relationship, knowledge or prestige. Generally, teens use social network to communicate and stay in touch with their friends or make new friends. Teens also use social networks to make social plans with friends and maybe to flirt. Teenagers love to express themselves.

There are many types of social Network; Social Connection, multimedia sharing, professional, informational, educational, academic and hobbies.

There are advantages of online social network such as stay in contact with friends easily regardless of distance and share all your pictures and interest with all your online friends. You also easier to make plans and discussion class related activities and when you online it’s a cure for boredom. This connection can help one with a variety of things such as finding romance, seeking a new job, locating assistance, getting and giving product and service referral, receiving support from like-minded individuals and making or receiving advise on career or personal issues.

By the way, online social network may also have disadvantages such as wasting a time, less performance at work and less focus in the real world. The studies have shown that extensive use of social networking sites lowers attention spans a resulting in lower grades. Is it true? When people countless hours on online sites looking to “add” people they sort of know so they can be friends. Many people use this as an alternative to real social interaction. When you are online it’s happening when wrong intonation in reading and this may lead to misunderstanding. Some people have different opinions with certain issues and these may lead to the argument. Sometimes, the disagreement is bringing forward into the real world. Furthermore when you always online it’s a bad for your health; not enough sleep because too much time spend in front of a laptop or computer and even forget to have meals. Furthermore when you share too much privacy picture may lead to the blackmail and your privacy is blowing up. The ‘Privacy settings’ means nothing when your account is hacked.
