People with poor eyesight will have trouble focusing at objects further away. This is because they strain their eyes everyday focus on computer and mobile phone for a long period of time. We should constantly take a short break and look at something about twenty meter away from us to rest our tired eyes whenever we focus on something very intensely. We should also adjust the brightness of the screen so that it is not too bright for our eyes.
Most of the social media addicts have unknowingly develop bad posture like head droop, shoulder slump and back curves. This will damage our body and make us tired easily. Bad posture can also causes poor blood circulation. Therefore, we should be aware of our posture for the sake of our own health.
