When you find out you have been chosen to present at QUEUC, or even if you are just going to experience the conference the first thing that should be done is figuring out how much money you are able to and need to spend for the trip. Starting off with a goal will help you in the long run since you will be able to give those around you a solid number when asked how much you need. Of course you need to be realistic when coming up with this estimate, however it is best to estimate higher then lower so you do not have to think about money while at the conference, and can enjoy it without worry.
