Even though organizational structures is a deeply detailed plan to distribute tasks and activities to the employees of the organization and assign them tasks according to the specialization under supervision and coordination in order to achieve the objectives of the organization. Yet, it is the institutional system, that is, it can be considered as a map showing the work plan of the organization and the mechanism of distributing work and tasks to individuals to reach the desired goals.

Advantages
This model has many advantages such as its ability to keep up with the surrounding developments and variables, those organizations will be able to accomplish better integration and management.
Disadvantages
One of the fundamental shortcomings is wasting valuable time on achieving coordination and integration between different sectors, and the difficulty of standardizing the regulations, policies, and rules across all these sectors

Learning Organizations
Which are subject to a set of characteristics, tools, techniques, strategies and standard principles of rapid learning that enable them to develop their human resources more than other organizations.
