Also after Fukushima disaster, water containing levels of radioactive iodine far above the legal limit. How to use it in right way is the most important problem. First, forbid to use nuclear weapons if the war happens. So that, the countries which have nuclear weapons must to limit them. We all know, it will be a disaster to normal people if use it like the second war in Hiroshima. Second reduce nuclear weapons. At any time nuclear power is the biggest threat in the world.
