The advantage of having a small group meant that we could distribute the work load evenly and keep track of group participation, attendance and monitor the group dynamics (Brown & McIlroy, 2011: p 687-699). The third stage (Norming) is where the group is starting to progress and the final stage (Preforming) is when the group develop a structure (Marquis and Huston,2005:p485).
