Distortion of body shape: Since the muscles give body its curves, the loss in the mass causes the body to lose its shape.
Anaerobic exercises are those exercises that builds the muscle mass and enhances power. It increases the short-term muscle strength. The performance of muscles enhances. It is a strength exercise that uses resistance to muscular contractions. There are many different methods to perform anaerobic exercises. The most common of which are weight and resistance exercise. These two types of exercise use gravity (through weight stacks, plates or dumbbells) or machines to oppose muscle contraction, and the terms can be used interchangeably.
When properly performed, strength training can provide significant functional benefits and improvement in overall health and well-being including:
Strong Muscles: It increases the size of the bones and increases the flexibility of tendons. It enhances the ligament strength and toughness resulting in improved joint
