Democratic management is a type of management styles and the style is considered to be the most important part of the democratic leadership. ‘Leadership in the developmental model is concerned above all with aspiring to the common human good and working to create the conditions that give everyone a chance to fulfil their potential.’ (Woods, 2005:10). This is an explanation of the democratic management leadership. The leader who have the democratic management leadership always use the democratic management style. The management style mean that all employees of the company can take part in the decision making of the company.
