As a top 1 technology company in the world, Apple Inc. always offer and create the high quality product with best software to the customers. Apple Inc. always uses their own strong strategy to create the product and keep it as a secret to avoid their competitor copy their strategy. But they are too lack of transparency of information, they even do not tell their employees that work in lower level. They should be more transparent at least need to let their workers know more about their company. Everyone have their own opinion and suggestion, so Apple Inc. can tell all the employees then they will get more tremendous ideas. This can lead their company improve the quality and technology become more and more advanced. They should also more transparency to their shareholder and investor.
