As an adult, you’re expected to utilize these skills of thinking critically in order to not be close-minded. But that’s not always the case, which brings me to the next disadvantage of going into business with someone else- arguments/disagreements concerning the company. Once they’re in business with each other they may not agree on where they want the company to be in the future or who they want to take on as clients, etc. This along can trigger a big split between the two partners and sometimes lead to the end of the business venture. In this case Carl would give up his personal business and him and his clients would join in with Regina. The disadvantage to this is Carl loses out on having his own business but this one downfall could in the end lead to many advantages, such decrease in the money he paid out to market his company on television and print ads and an increase in the profits brought into the company. I say this because, television and print ads drain you of time and money, but in actuality it is a one way street. It provides information to customers and potential customers then expects for them to remember the number or website to get a better view of their product and reviews. Whereas, social media analytics such as Facebook, Google, blogs, etc. is time consuming, but costs little and most of the time nothing AND allows the customer to click on a link that takes them straight to the website or straight to the product/company
