Total quality management helps a company to increase customer satisfaction, which translates to improved business outcomes. Increasingly changing administrative and business requirements have necessitated a high flexibility level from the transport company in terms of the services it offers and the systems of managing the company’s operations. Information technology services and software tools for supporting the management of operations have been developed at the company and they are adequate enough to serve the community. Among the company’s objectives for operations was to sustain cargo surge shift, starting from road transport toward intermodal forms of transportation.
