The advantages and disadvantages of eating fast food and homemade food
Food is one of the human requirements to being alive. It is an important source of energy for people and it is an enjoyable activity. We consume food every day. As we know our diet effects on our health. So we must attend to our diets. There are many kinds of food. Each of them has different taste and different appearance. Depend on life styles and culture and where you live; people’s eating style has been changed. Some people prefer homemade foods. Some of them prefer fast food. Nowadays most of the people prefer to eat fast food at food stands or restaurants. They order it; pay for it and when it prepares, take it and eat it. It just takes a short time to be ready. Although homemade foods also take longer time to be ready. Anyways, both of them have some advantages and disadvantages that we talk about it in the following essay.

They don’t have enough time to prepare homemade food, so they prefer to eat fast food because it has made easier and sooner than homemade food and you don’t have to spend too much time in the kitchen to make food. For instance you can order it from fast food restaurant or buy frozen food and took it in microwaves or oven. After a short time the meal is ready to eat.
However, eating fast food has some disadvantages. Fast food is not as healthy as homemade food.it has many calories and salt that it can cause overweight. Fast foods are almost favorite food for children too. They like fast food very much. They attract with smell and taste.
