Advancing my education for my career has always been one of my top priorities. Four years ago I decided to quit my full-time job to go back to school to earn a four-year degree. I went to school in the morning and coached in the afternoon and weekends while my wife worked full-time. I was able to pay for my first three semester before qualifying for financial aid. Our family grew in Augusts of 2015 as my wife and I were blessed with twin boys. That December I became the first in my family to graduate from college having earned a B.S. in Psychology with honors. My wife and I are now working part-time offsetting each other’s schedule in order to raise our kids. Financially we have been able to meet our needs, but the off-season months are tough.
