2. What are zoonotic diseases? What is an example of this mentioned in the video?
Zoonotic diseases is caused by germs like viruses,parasites,fungi and bacteria. This disease can cause many types of illnesses in animals and people that can range from mild to serious illness and worst of all death. Although it is important to know that even if the animal seem to appear healthy it could still be carrying the viruses. One example from the video is Dr. Lairmore gives is the Avian influenza, bird flu.
