This book is not just another strategic book on how to develop your skills on planning; however, it is one that is challenging leaders to seek God, so that God will help them develop a strategic plan to enhance the local church. He provides some vital details for developing a strategic plan for the church, and he points out the significance of leading a church through a shift in direction.
