Good morning CSM , __________, distinguished guests, family members, and friends. Welcome to the 25 S/P Advanced Leaders Course graduation. I am SSG Holly Baker, and it is my honor to speak on the behalf of the exceptional Non-Commissioned Officers that sit before you today. These notable young men and women have successfully completed the next step in developing strong leadership skills that will not only make them a better leader, but will serve as an inspiration to the Soldiers that they lead.
During their time here at the Non-Commisioned Officer Academy, these Soldiers have gained valuable leadership and technical knowledge not only from their cadre, but from their peers and through shared experiences. They have volunteered
