Option 1: Causes of Education for Minorities
I. Thesis
Whereas there has been a consistent call to have minority communities involved in an all-inclusive and equal education opportunities, most of them still face challenges in accessing elementary training. The causes of educating the minority communities include the need to increase the number of individuals with elementary education, incorporate them in national development agenda, and improving the number of skilled personnel required for the success of a country.

Many immigrant countries are grappling with challenges of having an all-inclusive education system that does not discriminate based on race. For example, the American education system is still subjugated with problems of the gap between white students and those of color. In fact, it can effectively be said that American school system is still separate and unequal even 60 years after the Brown v. Board of Education. Fortunately for students of color, their number is increasing thanks to the lobby efforts about the civil rights brought about since the ruling in the above case.
In contrast, however, proponents of schooling the superior race are worried that this may result in more problematic educational issues in future. Clayborne Carson’s article, Two Cheers for Brown v. Board of Education, analyses the case and how it became a significant factor in furthering the cause of educating the minority communities. To this end, various milestones have been realized by the world in making education a right rather than a gift as it used to be perceived in the past. Therefore, all nations need to embrace a cause that provides accommodative education to all members of the community. As espoused here there are fundamental causes of educating the minority community. First, there is need to increase the population of people with elementary training, incorporate the inferior communities in all developmental agenda, and broaden the scope of a country’s skilled personnel by harnessing their unexploited potential. A holistic approach to national policy issues is the key to creating a platform for access to education for minority community
