At the hearing, the claimant’s representative admitted that there was a short period that the claimant’s earning exceeded SGA but the problems were the same. In addition, the undersigned agreed to keep the record open for 10 days to get records from Living Hope. Attempts had already been made to get the records but had been told they did not have records.
The claimant testified she can drive to work and home. At the time of the hearing, the claimant was working part-time washing trays in the dish room. She stated she worked 12 hours a week at $10 per hour. She also worked at Olive Garden Saturday and Sunday mornings for three hours at $11 per hour.

Her family comes over and helps he pay bills. Her sister helps her clean sometimes. She stated she does her grocery shopping but has to do it at a time before the grocery store starts getting busy.
She testified that she has been seeing Jenny Sisco for therapy for a year. Ms. Sisco prescribed her Latuda and it makes her drowsy every day between two and three pm. for approximately 30 minutes. Her neighbor comes over and makes her come outside and visit. They also tell her to sit outside for 30 minutes before going in.
The claimant completed an Adult Function Report and Pain Questionnaire on February 10, 2016, and reported she cannot be in a crowd because it makes her anxious, and she cannot stay in control. She stated she lived alone and took care of her dog. She is afraid at night and stays up “half the night.” She can take care of her personal care needs. She further reported that she does not need reminders to take her medicine; she can cook, and do all the household chores. She spends her time watching TV and sleeping. She stated she has problems getting along with family, friends, and neighbors. She can walk four miles before having to rest for 20 to 30 minutes. She can pay attention for 15 to 30 minutes. She stated she finishes what she starts, “sometimes.” She has trouble following written instructions but can follow spoken instruction if it is repeated to her two to three times.
