I remember this one specific time where I had just gotten in trouble for breaking my sisters new doll. I cant remeber why I broke it, but I did. I was of course, put into time out by my mom. She left me in my room to sit, while she went back to cleaning the kitchen up. I had the devious idea of sneaking out, just so I could go outside to swing on my favorite little blue swing. I thought about how much trouble I would get in if I got caught, but I figured it was worth a try. So, I peaked out the door and fair enough, the coast was clear. Slowly, I inched my bedroom door open and made a run for it out the front door! "That was easy!" I thought. I swung on my little swing out back until my mother looked out the kitchen window to see me happily sitting on my swing. She yelled out my name and that was were my heart was really racing. Well, in this case, yes. When I was a freshman in highschool, my friends and I would go tubing down the creek in Long Pine, NE to pass time during summer. At the end of our tubing route, we would get out of the water and wait for one of our parents to pick us up. At the end of our tubing trips stood an old bridge, it wasn 't a super high bridge, but it wasnt that close to the gently rushing water below either. We discovered that there was a deep pool of water right below the little bridge. The water was deep enough to where if was difficult to touch the bottom. So, one of my friends decided that it was deep enough to jump in off the bridge and sure enough, it was. When my turn came to try it out, I could feel my heart hitting against my chest, but I figured if they all could do it, I could too. So I picked the spot where I wanted to land, took a deep breathe and jumped in. To this day, it 's still one of our favorite things to do after
