1. I would use the legal system, especially if the accident isn’t my fault. I was in an accident once and I choose settle it outside of the legal system and I was the worst mistake I could have ever make. The cost of my medical bills and hospital fees was more than my out of court settlement.
2. I would still use the ADR system because it has some advantages and disadvantages. If someone hit my car and cause minor damage, and the person offer to pay for the damages I would be okay with that.
3. Once the case goes to arbitration, I would have a chance to prove my case, as to why I should be allow to operating my business without any restrictions. One pro of arbitration is that there is no need for a lawyer to settle a case, which can save
