Adolf Hitler was one of the most infamous and most powerful dictators in the world during the 20th century. Adolf Hitler served during all of World War I and his experience changed the way he thought about war. Hitler was born on April 20, 1889 in Braunau am Inn Austria. In 1914 Hitler was accepted into the German army and he received the Iron Cross First Class and the Black wound badge. Hitler joined the NSDAP or often called the NAZI in 1919. Hitler invaded Norway, France, Luxembourg, the Netherlands, and Belgium in 1940, and bombing raids on the United Kingdom with a goal of invasion. Hitler was a very powerful and determined leader who used his power for harm. Hitler was motivated by his own self-interest and he craved power and wanted everyone to live like he wanted. He came into control of the National Socialist German Workers Party and tried to carry out a program trying to reconstruct Germany the way he wanted it. Hitler believed that Germany should fight wars for vast areas of land for the people to settle on them and raise large families to provide soldiers for the next war and replace the casualties. Hitler also had intentions to rid Germany of any imperfections and have a perfect race. He killed many innocent lives just because they didn't' have blonde hair and blue eyes. t He especially wanted to rid Germany of the Jews. He rounded up all the Jews in Germany and sent them to concentration camp where they were forced to work for nothing and live horrible and inhumane lives and in extremely poor conditions.
