Most people would never do such things, sure a few will commit murder and again the vast majority have the ability to commit murder, but they would only do so in an act of passion. This was actually used in a defense called the temporary insanity defense in the 1800s, at least I believe the 1800s, by the lawyer of a man who killed his wife’s lover. He only did so because he was fueled by rage to do so and not by greed or hatred, and in this case he certainly didn’t kill 80 million but just one person. If that hadn’t happened he probably would have never killed anyone. This was a wrong action to do yes but it wasn’t evil, well I guess that depends on your subjective views of what evil is but then again most don’t it evil.
