Adnan sinned against his religion by dating Hae min lee and in Islam it is unlawful to have a boyfriend/girlfriend, you can only have a husband/wife. According to the website “https://islamqa.info/en/21380” Allah specifically states in the Qur’an in section [al-Maa'idah 5:4] “nor taking them as girlfriends”. This quote proves it is forbidden to have a girlfriend in the Islamic religion, you are only allowed a wife, and if you are Muslim and have a girlfriend you are sinning against Allah. Therefore, adnan is sinning against Allah for the first time by having an intimate relationship with Hae Min Lee. Adnan sinned against the Islamic religion by having sexual intercourse with Hae before marriage. According "How did Jay and Ju'uan both know Adnan had sex with Hae in BB parking lot unless Adnan told them? • r/serialpodcast." Adnan says that he didn't have anything to do with the murder and he says that Mr.Wilds story is false. After 16 years in prison Mr. Syed filed for an appeal to a new trial because he and others who've read over this case, felt as if he was not granted a fair trial because of newfound evidence(cell phone records, Jay’s inconsistencies, Jay’s consistences, police recordings, letters, timelines, DNA,the pinged cell phone towers, and specific locations) and major errors and mistakes that were made in the case. Also, if Jay is telling the police that he is innocent and Adnan is guilty why wipe the fingerprints and throw the clothes away. The payphone must’ve been somewhere else. Adnan Syed - Guilty Ever since “The Judiciary Act of 1789”, the United States courts system has been accurately convincing some of the most ruthless and dangerous criminals the world has seen. It has been able to accurately distinguish the difference between innocent and guilty and kept lying criminals from escaping unscathed. The case of Adnan Syed is no different, even though Serial a podcast series narrated by Sarah Koenig may suggest differently. It is evident that Adnan is culpable of killing his ex girlfriend Hae Min Lee because his claim of innocence just does not make sense, and the fact he has a reasonable motive makes him very suspicious; that combined with a witness named Jay, who was willing to testify against his good friend…

What I think about discovering Osama receptacle Laden is that Gillespie concentrates on utilizing remote detection from satellites to study environments, and one normal test is finding where jeopardized species would be situated inside a biological system. As a class workout, Gillespie presented the Bin Laden hunt. The study called attention to that the US knowledge group has no less than three offices that have been included in hunting down canister Laden. The National Security Agency codes breaking and interchanges checking, the National Geospatial Intelligence Agency makes maps and investigates observation photos, and the National Reconnaissance Office gives satellite symbolism. By and large, the US knowledge group spent over $50 billion…

The second reason I think Adnan must be innocent is because there are too many inconsistencies that Jay provides during his testimony while being interviewed by the police. Jay provides many stories, which sometimes do not match up to Adnan’s story or to the stories he provides. There were many inconsistencies that did not make sense, of which I will share the 3 that I found most important, which you can find in episode 4 called “Inconsistencies". The…

Even with all of this in mind, the court sees him as the main suspect and is not dissuaded by his normal persona. They pin him as Hae Min Lee’s killer by using the jealous boyfriend stereotype. It is also bad for his case when there are phone records and accounts of him acting strange on the day of her murder. Jay seems to be the only one that has a story that is sound enough to have Adnan as the main suspect.…

To begin with, the case I decided to write about is the Eric Garner case which I feel strongly about. This incident took place in Staten Island, New York on July 17th 2014. It all started when the police officers approached Mr. Garner about selling untaxed cigarettes and tried making an arrest. Eric Garner then tried to explain to the law enforcement officers that he hasn’t done anything. As the officer tried to make an arrest with resistance from the victim, he then wrapped his arm around the 43 year old’s neck.…
