Administrator Profession

Over the three years of college, I would want to become an administrator in sports medicine field or research lab. The reasons for choice Chowan Universit to finish my degree was to come into the women soccer program to make a change. I have put in the situation of the old coach Bell recruited me than new head coach which could have been good or bad. My Soccer coach has prepared me for the good and bad of working as a leader of a team or organization. Over the year and a half, I was put in a leadership role to take the step to demand and want better for the program future. As an administrator, The lack of personal time with family and friends disadvantaged due as a female; the need to take off is going conflict with my personal and family …show more content…
The administrator job has no security because of the chance of loss the position. If you are not performance is less than needed, then you cause your firing. Administrator job demand will conflict with education and research process of career. The time will be a reduce the chances to perform research papers and teach classes on the side due to the demand need for the job are more of 24 hours and seven days a week. Administrator position has the possibility of losing the ability to teach education can lead to loss of personal relationship with athletes and students. A disadvantage of the job cannot help each student in a positive impact on the college. However, The benefits of the administrator would be able to make professional achievement to allow the chance for advancement to a higher level.
