It was a pleasure meeting you and your co-worker Brenda on Thursday to discuss the Administrative Assistant position. It was interesting to learn about the many programs The Arc provides. I now have a greater knowledge of the overall importance of the organization.

I know you have a lot on your plate, and I can use my skills to help you manage and accurately complete your tasks. I am ready to use my computer knowledge to prepare your reports, revise contracts, scan documents, update forms, and in general assist you with running the office smoothly. As a team player I will pitch in to help wherever I am needed, and learn any new skills necessary.

I look forward to using my customer service skills to assist The Arc in maintaining its great
