Currently, I work as an Administrative Assistant for the Culinary Institute of Virginia. My position is important and vital for record keeping, accounting tasks, and enrollments. Unfortunately, the accounting tasks always falls to the wayside and becomes the task no one really has time to work on. Software like FreshBooks would allow me to keep up with accounting tasks and stay organized. FreshBook is a cloud-based invoicing, accounting and billing software used to make it easier to send invoices. Because the Culinary Institute is a smaller campus of ECPI University, I must send invoices to our head Accounting Department.
