After graduating a college or university students, of course, are looking for that dream job that they always wanted, for instance, a graduate fresh out of college is seeking a position in business. Because insurance is to be a hotspot in the future the rise in administrative assistants positions will come about in corporations. So, the student who graduated desiring the position as an administrative assistant needs to be well prepared, such as use positive interview techniques to have a chance at the opportunity being open. Out of all the interview techniques, there could be about landing a job in business, five can be narrowed as the top ones to apply. The first top interview technique is researching the company before the interview because this shows the interviewer if you have enough knowledge about the company. Simple things like sitting up straight without slouching will help contribute in making that first good impression and let the interviewer know that he has good work potential. According to business insider, a statistic of thirty-three percent of hiring managers has not chosen certain candidates because they did not have the right posture. Another positive interview technique that goes along with posture would be to nod three times when listening as to show attentiveness. The hiring manager will pay close attention to see if he or she is paying attention and so to signal that they are paying attention a nod is always good to show agreement or that the information was captured. The statistic for this shows that about forty percent of the hiring team decided to not hire candidates because they did not smile enough or engage in the conversation.
