GLOSSRAGS is one of the few Pro-Black leaders on the apparel scene; creating pieces to help society "fight amnesia" and recongnize modern day prejudices beyond the 7-day attention span of mass media. Each piece in the GLOSSRAGS shop pays homage to victims of nationally recognized police brutalities and other injustices that are genuinely overlooked in America. This particular piece is full of curiosity and fuels my obsession with back detailing on outerwear. The Adinkra symbol on the front, Epa, symbolizes law, order, slavery, and captivity. Jacket is unisex, 100% Nylon Taffeta, Wind +water-resistant, and is available in green or black.
