The employee is force to wear many hats that can sometimes become overwhelming and cause inconsistencies in the quality of service being administered to the patient. Staffing inadequacies can cause a delay in the timeframe in which a patient is treated. It is very important that a patient receives testing and efficient care in a timely manner to prevent long-term health issues.
