As soon as Adeline saw the diner she could barely see the doorway, because there were so many college students some that she knew and some she had know idea where they came from. Adeline had to push and shove here way through the crowd there must have been at least 300 kids there. It was amazing. All of the seats were taken, because there were so many kids in one place. Today the local news was here and the world news.
It was a long day for Adeline since, she had been protesting and shouting in the diner. When she got home to here dorm she turned on the news and found a video of her and everyone else protesting and during the sit in. Not only was it only in Greensboro, Alabama there were also sit ins in 13 other states. It was incredible how everyone had heard about it, even across the ocean.
